Tables

All lakehouse data is persisted as Apache Iceberg tables organised by the Medallion architecture, alongside a governed vector store for embeddings.

• Open table format — Iceberg provides ACID transactions, schema evolution, time-travel, partition evolution, and predicate pushdown.
• Medallion layers — Bronze → Silver → Gold quality tiers.
• Vector store — embeddings and a semantic knowledge base stored as governed tables to ground AI and RAG.
• Query — MPP OLAP over tables with Trino federation across sources.
